I thought if i could get in here and put in writing what i was eating, maybe people could give me some ideas on where i perhaps go wrong??
Bowl of Special K with Skim Milk and a peach
Toasted ham, cheese and dijonaise mustard
Dinner: (Will be, haven't eaten it yet)
Stuffed chicken (chicken thigh fillet, stuffed with spinich and light cheese, topped with a small amount of italian sauce)
Snacks: 2 Litres of water
and because its my dad's birthday a SMALL SMALL slice of chocolate cake
