Thursday
vitabrits with stwed apple
dried fruit and nuts, some watermellon and honeydew and 2 choc mint biscuits :oops:
zucchini slice with salad I think
dried fruit and nuts
spaghetti and a couple of bites of the bloke's choccie bar :oops:

Friday
2 vitabrits with muesli
mandarin
2 slices toast with vege soup
dried fruit and nuts
tuna and mushroom risotto

Saturday
2 vitabrits with muesli
madras pie with chutney
2 slices fruit and nut toast
soup and baked and steamed vegies (and only 1 sushi roll and a piece of cake at the engagement party)

Sunday
porridge with currants, prunes and LSA
4 slices toast
soup
mushroom and tuna risotto, 1 slice fruit and nut bread

Monday
porridge with stewed apple, sultanas and LSA.
zucchini slice, pear
mandarin and 5 watercrackers with low fat fetta
bean tacos
