Summer's Food Diary

Hey All,

Tuesday 9th December-

Breakfast-
I large glass of Orange Juice
2 weet bix

Lunch-
Vegetarian Sushi

Dinner-
2 corn on cobs with butter
handful of steamed veges.
2 pieces of chicken.

Is this okay or do I need to change it? What do you think I should be eating to see the most results.

Thai Beef Salad

Dinner-
Teryaki Chicken with steamed rice.

Snacks-
Dried Apples

I think you should be having more than just juice for breakfast- it will really make a difference in your whole life not just weight loss. If your not much of an eater at breakfast maybe change your juice to a shake or fruit smoothy.

Thursday-

Breakfast-
2 Weetbix with skim milk

Morning tea-
Slice of cake :(

Lunch-
Spagetti from a can (I know how sad is that but it is all I had at work)

Dinner-
Spagetti with wholemeal pasta (People keep telling me that wholemeal pasta makes you put on more weight then regular pasta. Is this true)

Water-
3L

Friday-


Breakfast-
2 weetbix with skim milk

Lunch-
Grilled Chicken and Coleslaw

Dinner-
Chicken Curry and brown rice

Snacks-
Dried apples

Water-
3 L

A little behind.

Saturday-

Breakfast-
Egg

Lunch-
Toasted cheese and tomato sandwich on wholemeal.

Dinner-
Chicken Curry

Snacks-
Dried Apples.

Water-
2L

Sunday-
Breakfast-
Egg

Lunch-
Turkey, sausage & Salad.
Strawberry Shortcake
Peach Ice tea

Dinner-
Sausage
2 Chicken wings
Asparagus
Strawberry Shortcake (damn shortcake is following me!!!!!!!!)

Snacks-
A few corn chips with guacamole (less than 10)

Monday-

Breakfast-
2 weet bix with skim milk

Morning tea-
slice of cake

Lunch-
Spagetti in a tin.

Afternoon tea-
3 crunchie bite size pieces
2 flake bite size pieces
2 dream bie size pieces.

Dinner-
Beef Stirfry

Water-
Not enough :(

Today was a bit of a hick up but I'm not gonna let that stop me. Before I would have given up the whole thing, thrown in the towl, jumped off the bandwagon. But I'm not giving up, not throwing in the towel and I am jumping back on the band wagon :)

Wholemeal pasta does not make you gain weight, white pasta doesn't either! Unless of course you eat too much of it, like anything.

If you're not sure if what you are eating is the right amount, the right kinds of food, etc, I suggest you check out http://www.calorieking.com.au and make yourself up a profile, with your weight, height, etc. Then you'll know exactly how much to eat for healthy weight loss and even get a meal plan made up for you. Also CK University is great for teaching you about weight loss and nutrition, I love it and the best thing of all...IT'S FREE! :D
