3 vitabrits with stewed apple
2 slices boston bun, 2 choc biscuits, 1 small piece of cake, crackers with cheese and dip and BBQ shapes :oops: Damn work morning teas. oh well.
2 slices toast with beans
BBQ shapes
baked vegies with roast chicken
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
