Lunch
chicken and salad
1 glass of water

Snack
veggie soup
1 glass of water

Dinner
diet chocolate mousse
1 glass of water

Snack
diet jelly
1 cup of decaffeinated nescafe coffee

large glass of sweet sherry

2 slices toast with beans and egg, 1 slice fruit and nut
dates
lentil shepherd pie
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
