Light n Easy plan for breakfast and lunch, missed out dinner and snacks.

Dinner: Sweet honey soy noodles with vegetables and tofu (this was a treat I have been promising myself for 3 weeks)

My Mum arrives tomorrow from NZ to stay for 6 days so I am going to have some 'plan free' days as I am sure we will do lunch and dinner etc. Will be interesting to see how I go. Will continue to record here. I am now officially on holiday for 3 weeks....yayyyyyy!!

stuffed up big time today,
everyone was eating lean meat pies and I caved in :oops:

3 vitabrits with sultanas, currants, LSA and stewed apple
mandarin, dried mango
2 slices toast with vegemite and egg
some dried fruit and nuts
home made pizza with lots of vegies and tuna and only a light sprinkle of cheese and some fetta. Some grapes
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
