3 vitabrits with sultanas, currants and LSA
muesli bar
homity pie with chutney
diabetic muffin, piece of bread and cheese and a roll
chicken stirfry with rice
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
