porridge with currants, sultanas and LSA
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Can't edit the above but I had some more bits on Sunday.

1/2 glass of white wine with dinner
small pce of chocolate cake
1/2 glass of desert wine

It's my birthday on Tuesday and the festivities have started. Gonna have two free days Tues and Wed this week as I am getting taken out for lunches and dinners etc.
