today was shocking! teething, cliggy little boy on my hands today..
so far (i will fill the rest in tonight)
on wake a coffee
breakfast (extremely late 1.30pm)
1 piece of toast with Vegemite, 3 tablespoons of yogurt with 1 table spoon of muesli and a cap of tea
lunch..
snack..
dinner..
snack..

lunch.. 1 piece of toast with cheese, chicken and salad
snack.. almonds, apricots, dates
dinner.. fish, rice, salsa

it can be very hard staying on track when you have a clingy child, my son who is 18 months old gets very clingy and wingy when teething or sick and it stresses me out too much. try and stay calm so you can make the right choices with food

I think that It the best choice for the little kids. I am sure that You have well experienced in the diet plan. I hope that Your child can enjoy with this food. The sound like very yummy.
