I'm going to try and post everyday, I think this will motivate me and make me think before I eat anything
Didn't get out of bed until 11:30, so I just had a glass of water and waited until lunch
Mini white baguette with a bit of butter
Chicken steamed in foil with chillis, paprika and some tomato paste, and rice
A carrot and a chuck of cucumber
Not alot really, just diet coke.
First day, not too bad, just need to drink more and eat more fruit and veg
