I'm going to try and post everyday, I think this will motivate me and make me think before I eat anything :)

Didn't get out of bed until 11:30, so I just had a glass of water and waited until lunch

Mini white baguette with a bit of butter

Chicken steamed in foil with chillis, paprika and some tomato paste, and rice

A carrot and a chuck of cucumber

Not alot really, just diet coke.

First day, not too bad, just need to drink more and eat more fruit and veg :)

Two slices of toast with a bit of butter (just waiting to use up our normal butter so we can get lighter butter)

6" Subway sandwich thing (one of the low fat ones)
Baked crisps

Two enchiladas

None yet, might have some carrots and cucumber later and an apple

Quite a bit of diet coke

Not doing too bad, considering I'd normally drink full fat coke, 4 enchiladas, normal fat crisps and loads of snacking.
We're going shopping tomorrow, hopefully gonna get more fruit and veg at the market :)

I definatly suggest eating more fruit and veggies, but i guess you already know that seeing as you meantioned buying some when you go shopping. otherwise it sounds like your making good choices

Carrot is really very good for the eyes, I have seen that Lot of people have took the salad as breakfast. Even sometime I have also took it. It is little hard for me to eat the salad as well because I am non-vegetarian.
