Well was my birthday today (Tuesday). Goodbye 37, hello 38.

So how did I celebrate? By eating too much of course! Decided to have Tues and Wed plan free and guilt free to indulge in whatever I wanted.

Breakfast:
dry fried egg on soy & linseed toast
small bowl all bran, glass of low fat milk

Snack:
Choc muffin and hot chocolate

Lunch:
hamburger and chips and beer

Snack:
packet of twisties

Dinner:
chicken and mushroom pasta
1/2 glass of red wine

Dessert:
lg pc of chocolate cake
jarrah choc o lait hot drink


Crikey was I full. Sick of food now!
