I won't be following a specific diet today, I'm not feeling too well because of my chemical intolerances.
I walked past someones tobacco smoke last Thursday in a car park and now I have a lung infection (I have to baby myself to make sure it doesn't turn into pneumonia as it often does)

Breakfast:
2 slices soy & linseed bread
jarrah choc o lait drink

Snack
orange

Lunch
Fish and Chips at the pub ate 1/2 those meals are HUGE! :shock:

Dinner
steak and baked veges small serve
