Todays Plan

Baked Beans on Toast
glass of skim milk
cup of tea

diet jelly with
WW diet choc mousse

100g chicken breast
1 slice bread
1 glass of skim milk

2 small apples
1 orange

Shepherds pie
1 glass of skim milk

Diet fruit yoghurt

putanesca roll (roll with sundried tomatoes roasted capsicum, olives, capers, garic, onion in the bread, yummy)
fruit and nut toast
home meade pizza (had a pizza/board game night with friends)

3 vitabrits with apple sultanas currants and LSA
morning tea - had lots of BBQ shapes, popcorn and 3 lollypops
2 slices toast with egg/dijonnaise mix
spinach cottage cheese pie

3 vitabrits with apple sultanas currants and LSA
putanesca roll
dried fruit and nuts
pumpkin spicy risotto (I love risottos, such good winter food)

Wednesday - I blame today for the extra kilo
3 vitabrits with apple sultanas currants and LSA
morning tea - lots of pretzels, fruit (watermellon, cantelope, strawberries) a chocolate brownie, timtam, popcorn, 1 piece of cheese and chive bread, piece of honey loaf
lunch - left over risotto, 2 choc biscuits, 2 iced vovos
zucchini slice with alittle salad and a little roast vegies

3 vitabrits with apple sultanas currants and LSA
4 corn thins
zucchini slice, 3 slices fruit & nut toast
dried fruit and nuts
spaghetti with vege sauce
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
