I had success with dropping a little weight overnight (and I didn't feel hungry) so I'll stick with yesterdays plan - minus the diet jelly as the strong chemical colouring in it gives me a sore throat.

Todays Plan

Breakfast
Baked Beans on Toast
glass of skim milk
cup of tea

Snack
1 pack of WW diet choc mousse

Lunch
100g chicken breast
salad
1 glass of skim milk

Snack
2 small apples
1 orange

Dinner
150g steak with veggies
1 glass of skim milk

Snack
Diet fruit yoghurt

Evil Extras
4 slices of fruit bread :oops:

porridge with sultanas and LSA
2 slices toast with egg mashed with a little dijonnaise
dried mango, dried fruit and nuts
chickpea, pumpkin and carrot curry
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
