Todays Plan

Baked Beans on Toast
glass of skim milk
cup of tea

1 pack of WW diet choc mousse

100g chicken breast
1 glass of skim milk

2 small apples
1 orange

150g steak with veggies
1 glass of skim milk

Diet fruit yoghurt

Evil Extras
1 handful of nuts
1 glass of white wine

muesli and 1 vitabrit
chillibean pie with chutney
small currant and almond scroll
roast garlic, leek, potato and zucchini soup - which was disgusting. Last time I follow a Woolies recipe.
Some Honey lemon wholemeal loaf.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
