piece of honey/lemon slice (no butter, just and wholemeal , 1.2 cup sugar 4tbs honey...I dunno how, but it works)
that soup from last night...I added more pepper, some curry powder and soy sauce so it's now edible. and a putanesca roll. piece of the honey slice and a slice of fruit nd nut toast
