What I ate today

0630 - 5 Elken spirulina
0645 - half plate rice, 1 + half egg ommelete, half fried chicken nugget, half fried chicken sausage
0800 - half bowl chicken soup with meehun, half glass milk+ nestum
1230 - three quarters fried mee + meat
1300 - 1 scoop ice-cream
1730 - 2 slices papaya
1900 - half bowl rice + chicken curry, l helping stir-fried cabbage
Before sleep - 1 glass anlene milk, 5 Elken spirulina

:? Wow that much! I don't remember feeling hungry!

addition to yesterday, I have 1 cup of hot cocoa with a few crackers.
:oops:

Today:
7.00 a.m. - 5 spirulina
30 a.m. - 1 bowl rice + chicken curry
11.30 a.m. - half plate kon low kuey teow + half bowl meehun soup
4.30 p.m. - 3 piece of kuih + 1 cup milk cocoa
6.30 p.m. - a plate of fried mee
9.30 p.m. - 3 glass of wine
10.15 p.m. - a cup of cocoa + a few crackers

OMG :?: I still don't remember being hungry!

5.45 a.m. - 5 spirulina
7.00 a.m. - half cup of coffee
10.00 a.m. - 3 sugar crackers, 1 kuih kacang, half cup of coffee
11.30 a.m. - 1 kuih kacang
12.30 p.m. - 1 bowl rice, black soy sauce chicken, 1 helping stir fried cabbage
1.30 p.m - 1 glass carrot juice
2.30 p.m. - 1 plate fried rice
5.00 p.m. - 1 bowl rice + chicken curry, 2 fried sausage, 1 slice papaya

Afterwards i felt so guilty. Because I don't remember feeling hungry at all!
Why do I always want to eat eventhough I am not hungry?

Sorry, my internet connections as not so good last week.

I tried to change my eating habit. Half the quantity of serving, but not depriving myself of foods that I love!

At the evening when I am prone to mindless eating, keep myself busy. Gardening or feeding my fish, anything that make my hand busy.

At night I have hot drink with few crackers.

Have not weigh myself, but I lost 2 inches already.
