WORLDS HEALTHIEST DIET (meal option 1)

Modelled after the Japanese island-state of Okinawa diet,
where 400 people live to be well over 100 years of age.

Breakfast
2 slices pumpernickle bread
1 tablespoon trans fat free margerine (flora pro-activ)
1 glass of calcium fortified soy milk (so good lite)
Jasmine/green tea (lipton)
1 teaspoon of lquid honey

Lunch
2 slices of whole grain bread
Can smoked salmon
1 tablespoon Extra Light Philadelphia cream cheese
1 sliced tomato
Green salad with low fat dressing
1 cup of cranberry juice

Dinner
1 cup of vegetable soup
Poached salmon
1 teaspoon olive oil and sea salt
½ cup steamed squash
1 cup broccoli
Pinenuts
2 small whole grain bread rolls
½ pawpaw with ½ cup low fat ice-cream
Jasmine/green tea (lipton)
1 teaspoon of liquid honey

porridge
soup and a putanesca roll, 1 piece of the honey slice
mandarine
2 vitabrits and muesli
piece of homey slice, crackers with fetta, tomato, cottage cheese

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
