3 vitabrits with apple, sultanas currants and LSA
mandarine, 5 rice cakes
putanesca roll, 2 slices fruit and nut toast, some dried fruit and nuts, 4 rice cakes
dried fruit and nuts
baked vegies and roast chicken (the bloke had dinner under way when I got home!!), piece of honey slice
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

1 small slice of yummy roast pork hubby cooked
1/4 potato with butter, garlic and parsley
4 asparagus spears
