2 wholegrain waffles
1 tablespoon trans fat-free margerine (flora pro-activ)
Splash of maple syrup
1 cup of calcium fortified Orange Juice
Jasmine/green lipton tea

1 cup of vegetable soup
1 serving cilanto scented tofu, rice salad
Jasmine/green lipton tea

Organic green salad with fat free dressing
1 serving spinach pasta
½ cup rock melon with 1 teaspoon lime juice
½ cup low fat plain yogurt
1 cup of decaffeinated black tea

2 vitabrits with stewed apple, sultanas and currants and LSA
another moring tea!! crackers and dip were the main offender although I stopped before feeling stuffed.
leftover lentil shepherd pie, but only 1/2 of what I brought with me at 2:30 so kinda like my arvo snack.
spaghetti with vege sauce
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
