2 meal replacement sachets
2 apples
a palm sized protein
1 salad (mine is a greek salad)
1 diet jelly
6 drinks of water
allowable extra
1 slice ham wrapped around a celery stick

2 vitabrits with sultanas and currants and LSA
dried fruit and nuts, 1 apple
the rest of the lentil shepherd pie, 2 slices toast
bean tacos with salad toppings
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
