2 meal replacement sachets
2 pieces of fruit
a palm sized serving of protein
a greek salad
1 diet caffeine free coke
6 drinks of water
allowable extra
1 slice of ham wrapped around a celery stick

2 vitabrits with muesli and currants.
homity pie with chutney
small piece of apple cinnamon cake, mandarine
chicken salad.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
