Saturday Light n Easy breakfast, lunch and snacks

Saturday night, Sunday breakfast, lunch, dinner and Monday breakfast ate naughty hotel foods through room service at hotel hubby and I stayed at. Calories galore but we had fun. :oops:

Lunch, arvo snack, dinner = light n easy plan
Kim - To thine own self be true
Maintainence since 04/11/06
Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

2 vitabrits, stewed apple, sultanas, currants and LSA
dried fruit and nuts, apple
salad and 1 slice of fruit and nut toast
dried fruit and nuts, dates
baked vegies and zucchini slice, pawpaw and a mandarin
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
