2 vitabrits with apple sultanas currants and LSA
dried fruit and nuts
zucchini slice
dried fruit and nuts, mandarine

went out for dinner to the revolving restaraunt at the top of the censored for out 5 year anniversary and had a 4 course meal

appetiser - complimentary shot glass of tomato capsicum and red onion soup with a small bread roll
entree - mushroom and quail parcel
main - roast duck in puy lentils
dessert - flambeed crepe suzettes
a glass of bubbly
a small ball of choc coated icecream stick on a toothpick for whatever they call after dessert.

very nice evening. The bloke was a proper genleman too.

and it was such a nice night we got engaged.
Erhum. Still gettin used to that. No plans yet, so don't ask.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
