Light n Easy but not dinner

Replacing light n easy dinner with home cooked steak and veges courtesy of hubby

2 vitabrits with apple sultanas currants and LSA
dried fruit and nuts, AVOIDED BADNESS AT MORNING TEA by making a herbal tea and eating some papaya
leftover curry from the weekend with 2 slices toast
mandarine, dried fruit and nuts
bean tacos with salad toppings
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
