vitabrits with apple sultanas currants and LSA
dried fruit and nuts.
leftover curry again with 2 slices toast
mandarine, dried fruit and nuts
spaghetti with vege sauce
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

2 slices rye bread with low fat cream cheese
2 apples
cranberry juice
2 slices rye with tinned salmon
cranberry juice
2 slices vegetarian pizza (frozen type)
