2 vitabrits
½ cup of canned 2 fruits
1 glass of cranberry juice

porridge with currants, sultanas and LSA
wholemeal crumpet with mightymite and honey
soup with 2 slices wholemeal s'dough bread
dried fruit and nuts, a couple of mouthfuls of yoghurt
honey soy chicken and vegies on rice.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
