07/04/09

1/2 diet yoghurt, 1/2 bananna, 1/2 cup museli

skim coffee

salad with rocket, baby spinach, tuna in oil (dont try to deprive me my oil!), feta cheese, cucumber & carrot, balsamic & honey dressing

skim coffee

omlette with 1 egg + 1 egg white, about 30 grams mixed beans, 4-5 mushrooms, feta cheese, bbq sauce
5 kg's to goooooooo. The hard 5 ;)

im usually hungry but i dont think it has anything to do with the diet - that's just me!!! ;)

I am eating so so much at the moment and losing it. but it hink when i get down to the pointy end i might not be able to eat as much!
