2 vitabrist with stewed apple, sultanas, currants and LSA
some watermellon, honeydew and pineapple, 2 crackers with cheese and dip, a small handful of bbq shapes and a piece of apple cake at work moring tea (I know, I know)
soup with toast
mandarine, dried fruit and nuts
spaghetti with vegie sauce, 1 prune and peel rock cake
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
