Kim how are you finding Lite n Easy?

I have their dinners delivered. I really enjoy them.

I used to do the entire day but it got too expensive for me.

Are you losing much per week?

2 vitabrits with sultanas, apple, currants, LSA
dried fruit and nuts
risotto, 2 slices fruit and nut bread
4 corn thins
a jelly cup, a little popcorn
dinner at a friends b'day party - trevalla with grilled vegetables, 1/2 a caramel torte with a spoon of icecream
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
