AVP's Food Diary... Ideas? Suggestions?

Today I ate:

Breakfast: skipped
Morning Tea: Skinny Latte - 1 sugar
Lunch: 1/2 pack of 90sec smart rice (brown) + 65gm baked beans
Afternoon Tea: Skinny Latte - 1 sugar
Dinner: Will be having a small bowl of white rice and satay chicken.

Will also do an hour of martial arts tonight =)
SW: 70kg
CW: 69.9kg
Goal 1: 65kg
Goal 2: 60kg
Ultimate Goal: 55kg

also drank about 1L of water!

I'd normally eat some yoghurt and fruit too - but I'm just not hungry today!

Hi, your food diary looks really good. I have just joined this site today as I want to lose 4 kilos - my jeans don't fit! A suggestion I would make is that if you don't have time for breakfast, have an 'up and go' milk drink. They are not fattening and I drink them when I'm driving to work or uni. I admire how you refrain from having a sweet treat with your coffee - that's something I have to fix.
Today I ate:
1 up & go
1 skinny latte (1 sugar)
1 Apricot Danish
Campbell's 97% fat free butternut pumpkin microwave soup

It's 2:08 now, and I'm going to have some grilled fish.

Perhaps I will start my own food diary thread here... anyway, keep up the good eating!

mmm yeah i do like the up and go's.

you will find that this site is great for tips, advice and motivation - some of the members have lost an unbelievable amount of weight!

Also - i use a site called calorie king! very useful!

I want to say that If You will take bubble tea in place of black or brown tea. It should be very effect on your body and You will feel better than soon. I am still take bubble tea as breakfast. It is so delicious.
