I'll start this now, I'm a week in, and already seeing improvements! A note to people who don't 'do' carbs... Physical job = need for carbs :D

Breakfast
3 Oatbrits with milk
Coffee
Multivitamin with 1 big glass of water

Lunch
Leftover stirfry from last night- Brown Rice, egg, vegetables (mushroom, spring onion, both purple and green cabbage, brocolli, baby corn, cauliflower)
Half sandwich on Burgen multigrain ham, tomato, cucumber, lettuce

Dinner
Fish Fillet, tomato and spinach "burger" on rye bread with sweet potato side

Snacks
Sweet and salty bar
handful of 'scroggin'- 2 piece choc, 1/2 snake and 4 or 5 almonds

Water/herbal tea- at least 2 litres!!!

Exercise= 15km flat water canoe
