3rd May

Breakfast: Ultra slim drink and banana
Snack: Yoghurt and muesli
Lunch: 1 piece of bread with philly spread and Italian bacon and vegetable soup
Snack: 3 strawberries, grapes and piece of cheese
Dinner: Broccoli, cauliflower, potato, corn, peas, brussel sprouts, 1 piece of bread and gravy
Dessert: 3 pieces of chocolate
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
Goal #1: 92 kilos

4th May

Breakfast: Ultra slim drink and apple
Lunch: Savoury muffin with lite philly, cheese, ham and tomato
Snack: Yoghurt and muesli
Dinner: Beef schniztel, stir fried green beans, potato, baby corn and cherry tomatoes
Dessert: WW ice cream

Exercise:
Cross trainer: 45 minutes
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos

Dinner: Vegetable soup with mushrooms and linseed bread roll

Snack: Grapes
Dinner: Chicken fillet, stirfried beans, carrots, mixed nuts and corn
Dessert: Chocolate frog

Dinner: 2 pieces of home made pizza, tomato, capsicum base with mushrooms, spring onion, bacon and lite cheese

MUST REMEMBER TO DO THIS!!!

Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter
Snack: Grapes, apple and banana
Lunch: 2 sushi rolls with kiwi fruit and water melon
Dinner: Chilli con carne with red beans, chick peas, rice and quinea

Not my best day but with the weather getting hotter and a sick baby I could have done a lot worse!

Lunch: 1 cheese and ham sandwich (4.5 points)
Snack: 1 cup of tea (0.5 points)
Dinner: 1 chicken sausage, baby spinach, tomato and cucumber (4.5 points)
Dessert: Weight watchers carrot cake (2 points)
Total: 17.5 points of 24 points
