Lunch: 1 cheese, ham and salad sandwich
Dinner: Steamed cod fish, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and sweet chilli dressing
Dessert: Strawberries and low fat vanilla frouche

Snack: 1 low fat fruche, 1 banana
Lunch: 1 cheese, ham and salad sandwich and 2 small WW carrot cakes
Dinner: Cajun chicken with kidney beans and chick peas
Dessert: Banana
