Lunch: Ham, cheese and lettuce wrap
Dinner: 2 sushi rolls with diet mousse and strawberries
Dessert: 2 tim tams

Breakfast: 2 Apple and raspberry oatmeal and 1 banana
Lunch: 1 low fat peanut butter sandwich and 1 banana
Snack: Low fat yogurt and 1/2 serve all bran cereal
Dinner: Curried pumpkin, carrot and red lentil soup, bread roll
Dessert: Chocolate mousse and strawberries

Cross trainer: 15 minutes
