Breakfast: Low fat yogurt, 1/2 serve of all bran, banana, strawberries and small apple
Lunch: Sweet potato and chickpea soup with tuna, and 1 diet mousse
Snack: WW Bar
Dinner: Home made meatloaf (carrot and corn) with 1 potato, broccoli and cauliflower

Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast with low fat peanut butter and 1 cup of tea
Lunch: Sweet potato and chickpea soup with 1 piece of bread and cream cheese and 1 WW Bar
Snack: Low fat yogurt
Dinner: Chicken wrap
Dessert: Chocolate frog

Food:
Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast with low fat peanut butter and 1 banana
Lunch: 1/2 serve of tomato and capsicum soup with 2 pieces of bread and 1 ww bar
Snack: 2 WW cookies
Dinner: Home made burgers (turkey mince, zucchini, carrot and corn) with lettuce and cheese
Dessert: WW mouse
21 used of 22 points

Exercise:
Walking: 60 minutes

Yesterday:
Food:
Breakfast: Banana. grapes and 1/2 yogurt
Snack: 4 WW biscuits
Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, carrot, tomato, skinny hummus, turkey breast and ham
Snack: Diet mousse
Dinner: Semi dried tomato and bacon agnolotti
Dessert: 3 Ferrero rocher

Day before:
Food:
Breakfast: All bran cereal and 1 cup of tea
Lunch: Yogurt, all bran cereal, banana, apple and WW bar
Dinner: 2 chicken sushi
Dessert: 3 tim tams
21.5 used of 22 points

I've gained weight from my holiday but I'm going to work it off, even if I lose nothing this week and get back to my previous weight, I will be happy.

I'm now on medication because my thyroid is under active, hopefully I feel better soon!!!

Exercise:

Ultra slim and carrot with lite philly

Snack:
Apple

Dinner:
Chicken drum stick with cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, corn and lite philly

Exercise:
50 minutes of walking

Hi Carley,
Thanks for your comments earlier, and congrats on losing so much weight.
I just had a look at your food diary, and have seen how you have worked the shakes in.
It looks similiar to what my doctors plan said to start with.
I was curious why you went back to shakes, as you seem to be really close to your goal and doing so well without them.

I needed a couple of days to give my body a refresh, a kick in the butt! I feel like I've been snack eating a lot lately and it helps me to start again :)

Carley! Hello i will be your cheerleader too lol.

I do that, if i am having a crap couple of days or i "cheat"... i like to go back to shakes for a day or so. I feel like it gives my body a REBOOT.

If you are breastfeeding you can't do shakes :)

1/2 peanut butter sandwich on soy and linseed bread

Dinner:
Vegetable soup (pumpkin, carrot, baby spinach, tomato and potato) with sourdough bread

Dessert:
Hazelnut ice cream

Exercise:
35 minutes treadmill
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
