Hi Carley

The soup sounds nice... did you make it? I tried to make a pumpkin soup and ended up having to throw it out it was so terrible lol. Who would have thought that you could ruin soup! I am really craving a nice home made soup in this colder weather.

This is how I make my pumpkin soup it is very simple

We love pumpkin and potato soup

Boil 50% potato, and 50% pumpkin. Only put in enough water to cover the vegetables, you can use stock if you want? Boil it until it is soft, if you like thick soup, pour most of it out then puree...I add a little pepper and cheese.

The last soup I made had pumpkin, carrot, sweet potato, mushrooms, chickpeas, baby spinach, broccoli and corn....mmmm yummy

Today wasn't the best of the days, lack of sleep the past three nights I'm sick and so is my youngest.

Breakfast:
Ultra slim, banana and nut bar

Snack:
4 ww biscuits and nut bar

Lunch:
Ultra slim and banana

Snack:
1/2 peanut butter sandwich

Dinner:
Vegetable soup and bread

Dessert:
Chocolate

Exercise:
40 minutes treadmill
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
