pawpaw with a bit of muesli and yoghurt, 2 slices of toast
NO CAKE/BISCUITS AT MORNING TEA (there were no healthy options)
Salad/cold meat sandwiches
NO BISCUITS AT AFTERNOON TEA (again, nothing healthy, but my exercise is down, so I'm thinking I won't need anything for the next 2 weeks training)
vegie/chickpea curry with rice
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
