2009-05-17 Sun
Out of control.
Breakfast: Fish spaghetti
Lunch: 1 coffee with 1 small egg tart, 1 combination dumpling
Dinner: Chicken spaghetti

Drank: 1.5 litres of jasmine tea.
Five Kilos that never go away.
Have to lose that to stay away from family history of cholesterol and high blood pressure problem.

Mon 18/05/09
Breakfast: 100g Chicken spaghetti, 1/2 cup coffee
Lunch: 600g Chicken spaghetti
Dinner: Small chicken and vegie soup, 1 packet of instant noodles, 1 apple.

Drank 500ml water, 1.5litres of jasmine tea.

Still eating too much. The computer at home completely stuffed up, on the phone with technical support for hours etc, also need to stop by the car mechanic.
Must focus and eat more grain stuff and EAT L-E-S-S !

This sound like very delicious and also sweet. I will try it. I hope that I will make it as pretty as You have specified. I like the name of this dish like Chicken spaghetti.
