Breakfast: 100g Chicken spaghetti, 1/2 cup coffee
Lunch: 600g Chicken spaghetti
Dinner: Small chicken and vegie soup, 1 packet of instant noodles, 1 apple.
Drank 500ml water, 1.5litres of jasmine tea.
Still eating too much. The computer at home completely stuffed up, on the phone with technical support for hours etc, also need to stop by the car mechanic.
Must focus and eat more grain stuff and EAT L-E-S-S !
Five Kilos that never go away.
Have to lose that to stay away from family history of cholesterol and high blood pressure problem.
