2vitabrits with sultanas, currants, LSA, prunes
NO MUFFINS/BISCUITS/CAKE
vege soup (I think it had cream in it :( ) with a wholemeal roll (as opposed to a very cream saturated looking mushroom and chicken thing with rice)
NO BISCUITS OR MUFFINS
bean tacos with salad toppings
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

I had some more extras after dinner. Was quite hungry yesterday for some reason.
