2 vitabrits witj sultanas, currants, prunes, LSA
NO MUFFINS OR BISCUITS, my home made seed biscuits, minimally sweetened with 1/8 cup golden syrup for whole batch
brought my own lunch - salad and egg foccacia (foccacia by the same baker I work for, therefore trusted)
NO MUFFINS OR BISCUITS 1 mandarine
1/2 each madras, chillibean and hunza pie with salad
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Crikey Tegan you have morning and afternoon tea with that lot every day? Ours only comes around once a fortnight luckily. Well done for being strong.

It's while I'm on training for 2 weeks - it's all catered and very annoying that I have nothing decent/healthy to choose from at lunch etc.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
