Breakfast
Porridge
2 tablespoons oat bran
light sprinkling of sugar

Lunch
2 slices multigrain toast
1 tblspn proavtiv margerine
large side salad

Dinner
Salmon Steak
Lots of carrots, broccoli, cauli

Snacks
1 Jarrah hot chocolate drink
1 glass of sunraysia diet cranberry juice
frozen strawberries with plain skim yogurt
handful of raw mixed nuts
6 glasses of water

2 vitabrist, sultanas, prunes, currants, LSA
seed biscuit, muffin (I felt left out)
salad and a foccacia
mandarine
spaghetti with vege sauce
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
