2 fruit muffins (the english muffin variety)
2 seed biscuits
rice salad
home made wholemeal mini-muffin, mandarine
foccacia pizza with onle a light sprinkle of cheese, mini muffin
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
