2 vitabrits, prunes, sultanas, currants, LSA, Fruit breakfast muffin with marmalade
mini muffin, muffin
zucchini slice, a few rice cakes, some 77%cocoa chocolate
more chocolate
bean bags (bean filled pasty things) with salad, 1 roll
more chocolate and some more rice cakes.

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
