Good Morning everyone :D

After a wet & wild night last night the sun is shining this morning although very cold. Only 5 degress at the moment.

Breakfast

2 Boiled Eggs
1 glass of V8 Juice

Hey cool more people in the food diary.


Light n easy plan

Extras:
100ml tub of diet yoghurt
1 chip (hehe a chap at work had lime and something or other flavoured chips so I had to try one)
jarrah choc o lait hot drink
Kim - To thine own self be true

Maintainence since 04/11/06
Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

2 vitabrits, prunes, sultanas, currants, LSA, 2 sliced fruit and nut toast
4 rice cakes, mini muffin
salad and salad sandwiches
fruit and 1 biscuit
vege soup and a putanesca roll
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
