T/Bone Steak (Lean & small)
Lettuce Salad
Cauli & Leek Mash


Snacks
Rockmelon
Mountian Bread Chips
6 Almonds

2 vitabrits, currants, sultanas, Prunes, LSA, toasted fruit breakfast muffin with marmalade
muffin, fruit
soup, putanesca roll, mini muffin
muffin
soup with toast
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Extras: 200 ml tub of diet yoghurt
