small serve of spinach & fetta twisted delight
small serve of bacon and cheese twisted delight
min chocolate boost bar
(The dreaded morning tea...decided to have a bit of the yummies)

Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

2 vitabrits, prunes, currants, LSA, fruit breakfast muffin
muffin, 3 corn thins
zucchini slice, mandarine, minimuffin
1/2 muffin, flake noir bar, 2 slices toast with mightymite
half serve spaghetti with vege sauce.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
