Light n Easy

-Work supplied nandos for everyone so I had one 1/4 pc of chicken breast and added the meat to my pasta salad lunch. Sure boosted my protein intake for the day!
-Jarrah choc o lait drink and 5 marshmallows

2 vitabrits with sultanas, prunes, currants, LSA
2 slices fruit and nut toast, small bowl of soup and a wholemeal roll. mandarine, minimuffin
2 slices toast with tomato, chillibean pie
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
