Going out but I will have a chicken breast with salad

Ham and Salad Sandwhich
Pepsi Max

At
Apple

Dinner
1 egg, tomato and 1 pork chop (cut off fat)
Pepsi max.


Does this look ok...hmm mabey not enough vege? What is that average amount of calories to be aiming for each day? Do i know what i am doing....doesnt sound like it. :)
